Description
Supporting the new Visual Studio 2015 will allow a developer to take advantage of the IDE improvements.
We will create a new folder VC140. New VS2015 solution and project files will be in this folder. The existing VS2008, VS2010, VS2012 and VS2013 files will not change. The output directories of VS2015 are lib140 and bin140.
