Corrected at revision 2574. Includes substantial edits to the NameMapper and the Coordsys.asc. Most changes were performed programmatically by code subnmitted at revision 2573, but manual changes were made in the final submission.
Note that the latest Oracle information provided does not have any NSRS 2011 definitions. The latest ESRI information provided shows that and there are several (8 or 10) NSRS 2011 definitions in EPSG which do not have an ESRI equivalent, and there are a few (3 or 4) NSRS 2011 ESRI definitions which do not have an EPSG or CsMap equivalent.
There were three submissions of the NameMapper and Coordsys.asc prior to those referenced above, each of which corrected defects in the NameMapper which precluded proper review using the "diff" tools. These were primarily duplicates in the NameMapper and some deprecations by EPPSG that were only "half" implemented in the NameMapper and Coordsys.asc.
All changes submitted for this Ticket were reviewed several times, and passed the NameMapper Audit test of the Console Test Utility. Nevertheless, an improved audit program (which is intended) may find an additional defect or two.
A few other systems have the same mistake:
