Description

Supporting the new Visual Studio 2012 will allow a developer to take advantage of the IDE improvements.

We will create a new folder VC110. New VS2012 solution and project files will be in this folder. The existing VS2008 and VS2010 files will not change. The output directories of VS2012 are lib110 and bin110.
