MicroInches and Mils have swapped unit definitions

Description
In CSdataU.c, the cs_Unittab lookup table appears to have swapped the definitions of MicroInches and Mils.

Corrected at revision 2490. The conversion values were swapped. I also changed the mnemonic for MicroInches from "UI" to "uI", to more closely match the true mnemonic which would have a greek letter 'mu'.
