Description
The TEST.DAT and TEST_ALL.DAT files, used when exercising Tests 4 and A, have some invalid numbers in it.
For example:
-0 -59 19.763805 (2 minus signs)
-962631 .62 (additional space)
16 32 1 .05526E (additional space)
