Description
When performing an inverse iterative calculation, points on the very edge of a NADCON grid file can produce an iterative sequence which doesn't converge, and is therefore reported as a fatal error.

Adjusted the code (CS_nadcn.c) so that a point on the north and/or eastern boundary of the grid file is considered to be outside the useful range of the grid file. This submission produced version 2088.
