removing an item in the map composer is not saved in the project

Description

  1. add some vector layer
  1. map composer: add map, add legend
  1. save project, re-open it
  1. map composer: remove legend, add a new one
  1. save project, re-open it
  1. map composer: whatever you removed in step #4 is still here; in this case you have 2 legends

SVN r8095, built and running against QT 4.3.3.
