New symbology : allow advanced outline modification in a polygon style

Description

It would be great if a change of outline could made to a polygon style.

For now you can only choose between a few styles, it should be possible to do the same than for the lines where you can add a personnalized point symbol :

  • create a new line style
  • create a polygon style
  • add a new marker/simple/linedecoration
