Map composer changes the map item scale everytime the project file is opened

Description (last modified by pcav)

  1. Create a new Map composer
  1. Set the scale (1:5000)
  1. Close the Map composer
  1. Reopen the Map composer --> the scale is ok
  1. Save the project file
  1. Close Qgis
  1. Reopen the project file
  1. Reopen the map composer --> the scale is wrong (1:5034)

Fixed in r13747 (using more decimal places for the extent in the project file)
