Update epsg support file with latest list of official EPSG definitions

Description
The current list of EPSG definitions seem a bit dated.
Can these be synced with either the offical EPSG database of the pcs.csv /gcs.csv files from GDAL(proj)?
Is there a script to generate this file perhaps?

Updated in SVN from the latest PROJ.4 EPSG file.
