Description
I notice the name of ST:RemoveIsoNode in the released ISO is changed to ST_RemIsoNode(),
I don't know if is a goal to have the exact ISO name.

Still, the only publically free-of-charge document calls it ST_RemoveIsoNode, so I've added an alias in r6949

Yes, it is a goal for the ST_ prefixed functions to match the exact ISO name.
It's also a goal to reach a stable API one day, but as Robe mentions, it's a good time for changing things since topology never really went prime-time.
