Description
Add the SFS and SQL/MM PolyhedralSurface type support. Parse and serialization.
EWKT look like POLYHEDRALSURFACE(((0 0 0,0 1 0,1 1 0,0 0 0)),((0 0 0,1 0 0,1 0 1,0 0 1,0 0 0)),…)
