ST_Transform() doc inaccurately claims SF1.1

The ST_Transform() page at: ​http://www.postgis.org/documentation/manual-1.5/ST_Transform.html claims that this function implements the SF SQL 1.1 specification. But a review of that specification does not mention any Transform() function nor any mechanism to transform between coordinate systems. I would appreciate it if the bullet point "This method implements the OpenGIS Simple Features Implementation Specification for SQL 1.1." could be removed from the documentation of this function.

It can be found instead in section 5.1.6 of SQL/MM Part 3. I wonder if I should go through and put in the SQL/MM references everywhere. Phew..

That is, ISO 13249-3.

I believe we already have references to SQL/MM everywhere (which includes a references to 5.1.6 in this case). I can't speak to the accuracy of them, but we did try to preserve the references when we migrated the docs a while back.

I dropped the inappropriate link to SFS in this case for ST_Transform in trunk.
