Description
As described on the users lists http://postgis.refractions.net/pipermail/postgis-users/2009-November/025257.html the dumper fills null fields with 00000000 while it appears that the tools would prefer to have " ".

I've applied this patch (changing 0s to spaces) to trunk also, at r5006.
