empty directories under java/ still present

Description
For some reason the directories under java/ are still created even if empty. Must be some SVN specific thing I'm not used about anymore. Dunno why java/jdbs was correctly dumped and the others not.
Maybe someone with pure SVN could try something ?

It disappeared for me after I marked as delete, so going to close this out. Reopen if still an issue
