Description
As done for ST_Length with #2463, this ticket is to also compute exact area for curve polygons.

Spent some time thinking about this and couldn't figure out a good basis to calculate area under curved geometries, particularly when you look at shapes including curve segments that are nearly full circles (legal, but annoying).
