ST_Summary should report "presence" of SRID

Description

We used to report presence of srid in a [S] flag, which was dropped in 2.0 where SRID presence became mandatory. BUT, a SRID value of 0 has a special meaning so we could still print [S] when SRID is non-zero, and maybe [s] (lower-case "s") when SRID is an internal value.
