Description
Just downloaded the r10680 build from http://www.postgis.org/download/windows/pg92/buildbot/postgis-pg92-binaries-2.1.0SVNw64.zip and the lib directory is empty. The postgis-2.1.dll and rtpostgis-2.1.dll files are missing. They're present in the 32-bit ZIP file.

try now. Just rebuilt and seems to have built the libs this time. I still have on my todo to fix winnie's success rating for builds. For some reason the package building always registers as success even when it is a failure.
