Description
Debbie failed a bit after Bborie committed some changes.
Fixed now. I had to delete the postgis.xml and postgis-out.xml from her branches/2.1 workspace and rerun. I think it has something to do with the step where I put in a sed call to copy over the old postgis.xml to postgis.xml.orig etc. and then it injects the SVN number and then copies back. Porbalby a synchronization issue there still somewhere with 2 jobs fighting for same resource.
