Extend ST_Centroid for Z dimension

Description

Currently ST_Centroid is strictly 2D, and drops Z/M dimensions if they exist. However, a centroid component to these dimensions can be calculated and returned in the Z/M coordinates.

This would probably need to be done in GEOSGetCentroid, which would only have the Z dimension. I'm not sure if an M-component of a centroid would be useful anyways.
