I'm thinking if we can't get this working any time soon, can we at least do a manual tar ball? for 1.4.0, 1.3.6 and the manual svn.

The 1.4.0 tarball, docs, and pdf generated content should be good to go again.

I'll tackle 1.3.6 soon.

Thanks for doing this. Looks great. Now if we can resolve this annoying not getting notices to postgis dev group. I'll put that in as a separate task item if not already in there.
