[raster] raster2pgsql missing help version info

Just noticed the help screen on raster2pgsql when I run doesn't give any info like revision number etc. This has been helpful in the past when people have issues debugging what they are running.

For example shp2pgsql gives this info in help

RELEASE: 2.0 USE_GEOS=1 USE_PROJ=1 USE_STATS=1 (r$Id: shp2pgsql-co
-08-09 09:51:52Z strk $)
USAGE: shp2pgsql [<options>] <shapefile> [[<schema>.]<table>]

I'm not seeing similar info for raster2pgsql Granted we may loose some of that detail when we move to git.
