stack dump on cat when regress loader/ArcZ

Description

Just got a stack dump on regress on my Window PostgreSQL 9.0.4 build.

My 9.1 seemed to go thru regress okay though. 

 loader/ArcZ..............      0 [main] cat 2108 open_stackdumpfile: Dumping stack trace to cat.exe.stackdump

It might be just a random failure of some sort. I'll close this out if my next compile run doesn't fail.
