Description
Just like Mapserver Postgis has been installed and works fine, but doesn't provide data, which makes it less interesting for users to play with.

in the medford data, all table owners set to "user", database owner set to "user"

Currently works using sed on original file, preference is for darkblueb's file to be used instead when someone gets a change to copy it to a permanent server.

pgRouting install script loads some sample data to PostgreSQL/PostGIS database named "sydney". This data hopefully can be used for other applications.
