Description
While the VERSION.txt is pointing to 13.0alpha, the documentation build from master still points to 12.0:
https://osgeo.github.io/OSGeoLive-doc/en/index.html
Where do we actually set the version number in the docs?

Changed in CMakeLists.txt
I'm not sure the VERSION.txt is still use for doc building.

Just switched the VERSION to 13.0 and still the build shows 12.0
We need to fix this ASAP, but I do not consider this a blocker for the beta.
