mapnik dot org's domain registration has lapsed and is now occupied by a squatter.

the new URL looks to be ​https://github.com/mapnik/mapnik/wiki/MapnikTutorials

er, mapnik.org still works, but trac.mapnik.org points to some other random site..

urls updated in trunk to github with r10835.

urls further updated in r11300. could still used a better one for tilelite.
