qgis user guide missing (404)

now-dead URL:

what's the updated one?

(I'd suggest to symlink that back into life on the qgis server for a worldwide link fix)

I'll look at adding a redirect to the server but I think it broke because they completely redid the website at docs.qgis.org, for 2.0 it will all be quite different with the docs site.

confirm the above URL works 08aug13. QGis 2.0 is not a consideration, so, lets add the 1.8 doc and close for 7.0
