Update the Kosmo Desktop distribution package from 2.0.1 to latest version 3.0

Status: new → closed

Updated Kosmo Desktop package to latest 3.0 RC2. I'll update to 3.0 Final as soon as it'd be available.

New package doesn't contain any propietary libraries (ECW nor MrSID), as fix for #1147. GUI won't offer those formats as available if the libraries are not present.
