Packaging notes (msys and mingw package)

Install MinGW

  1. Download latest installer.
  1. Choose MSYS Base System | C & C++ Compiler, MSYS Base System and MinGW Developer Toolkit (mingw package).
  1. Install MinGW (including MSYS) into C:\MinGW.
  1. Modify C:\MinGW\msys\1.0\msys.bat
