Yes, but AFAIU, you cannot combine these packages with OSGeo4W installation, right?

Together with Fiona also Shapely should be added.

Recently, I've ran into problems ​https://github.com/Toblerity/Fiona/issues/762 with installing the GDAL from OSGeo4W with Fiona binaries from ​​http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#fiona

Currently, Fiona supports GDAL versions 1.11-2.4, but does not support GDAL 3, which was only released May 2019.

I still think this would make a great addition to OSGeo4W library.
