Description
It is my understanding that the tcltk package from ActiveState (on which pkg-tcltk is based) cannot be redistributed due to some licensing restrictions.
I can dig to find license details if you believe these binaries are redistributable.

replaced with a tcl/tk 8.5.6 MSVC9 build in the testing area. Still needs a promotion and the old packages should be removed.

The 8.5.5 version from ActiveState was removed from the repository.

The WinGRASS build site seems to suggest building tcltk from source:
Jurgen has confirmed there is a licensing problem with redistributing the activestate binaries.
