Description
I am getting a Download incomplete dialog on msys-1.0.18-2.tar.bz2.
I've been using osgeo4w for months without an issue.

OK, it loads fine now. I can only guess something was wrong with msys 1.0.18-2. The error message could use improvement. Download incomplete is really vague.

I would like to re-construe this as a feature request for a better error message. What was given didn't explain the problem and caused me to do a wild goose chase figuring it out.
