pyrcc.py missing?

Description
When I run pyrcc4 I get an error: C:\OSGeo4W\bin\python.exe: can't open file 'C:\OSGeo4W\apps\Python25\Lib\site-packages\PyQt4\uic\pyrcc.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory
I have installed: pyqt4: 4.5.2-5 qt4-devel: 4.5.2-9 qt4-doc: 4.5.2-9 qt4-libs: 4.5.2-9
So at the moment I cannot built python Qt4 resource files :-(

My mistake. This error is coming from my environment - using powershell, and replicating OSGeo4W setup into the shell.
Works fine if I use the OsGeo4W DOS shell for building.
