The express desktop install does not install gdal1.7

I tried to install GRASS and QGIS using the Express Desktop Install, but after the installation I could not start GRASS. I got an error: "Execution failed: 'g.proj -p'".

I tried to run g.proj, and got a message that gdal17.dll is missing. The problem can be fixed by installing with Advanced Install the gdal17.

The DLLs need to be registered in GRASS: lib/gis/gdal.c which has been done in  http://trac.osgeo.org/grass/changeset/46637
