Description
Wouldn't it be nice to be able to customise start menu name? And wouldn't it be nice if the code for this dropped in out of the blue? Well, thanks to Jeremy Palmer, it has!

Here's a new version that takes care of circular references. Also it ensures that the help usage can be display even if "apt setup" has not been run
