Description
- using Windows7, after pressing <Finish> after an osgeo4w-setup.exe install, or even pressing the <Cancel> button at any time during the OSGeo4W install, Windows7 opens the "Program Compatibility Assistant" window with a warning (see attachment).
- this seems to be a warning from a change in the manifest change for Windows7 (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd371711%28VS.85%29.aspx)

(apparently 4pm JST is the backtime for osgeo servers...which explains why i had/have troubles with infrastructure at this time in japan)
