GeoTools? is going to migrate to git ( http://docs.codehaus.org/display/GEOTOOLS/Transition+to+GitHub) and would like keep the svn repository available in read-only mode.

Sorry for the lack of notice, the proposal was waiting on some research that is now complete (giving us a target transition of ... the weekend of July 1st (the idea being to minimise the impact during business hours)
