If this isn't possible, then make jbirch the default assignee so that I get notified of new tickets.

I have made webcom the default assignee. I will now fix up the webcom list so that it accepts the messages.

The administrative password for the webcom mailing list has been changed from the default, so it turns out I can't adjust it's settings appropriately.
Jason, if you could email me the password you are using, or change it back to the standard admin password for email lists, I'd appreciate it.

I have changed the admin/moderator password back to the default for the webcom list. It looks like you have already made the administrative changes necessary to get this working. So assuming this message goes through to webcom it means things are taken care of.
I'll take this.
