Visiting  https://www2.osgeo.org/cgi-bin/ldap_create_user.py or similar urls results in: 

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to www2.osgeo.org.

SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.

(Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)

Note, www2.osgeo.org is the WebVM.

Tyler has reenabled something SSL related in /etc/apache2/sites-available/default and things work again.
