Website needs feedback mechanism

Description
I would like some sort of feedback mechanism for the www.osgeo.org web site. Possibly this could be a "form" linked from a feedback link at the bottom of the site that emails the request to info@…. Or perhaps even a mailto: to info@… that somehow obscures the address from spammers?
I prefer the direct email since it is more likely to be reply-able.

Hi, Yes.i have mailed the proposal for feedback mechanism to webcom list. waiting for there reply.

After testing i have added link for "feedback" in footer of test.osgeo.net. Please check it. also im adding same link to www.osgeo.org

I am closing this since the task is complete, though the feedback form is producing a great deal of spam.
