Remove blue color from main page masthead

The blue color in the masthead of the www.osgeo.org main page needs to be removed not destroy OSGeo's emerging corporate identity. This has been discussed and approved by both VisCom and WebCom.

The action item on this was for me to mock up some examples of how I thought it could look with a white background header and more use of green in main part of page. I haven't been able to do this due to other time commitments, so someone else will have to step forward.

i have done changes on test.osgeo.net and removed the blue header.I have done changes in two css files viz; themes/spreadfirefox/style.css and themes/spreadfirefox/omniver/spreadfirefox/style.css. and also i copied OSGeo_wTag.png image in themes/spreadfirefox/omniver/spreadfirefox/images/ . So, please check all the changes and do comments. Now, for updating same changes on main server i have to just copy this two css files and a image in there proper location.As soon as i got +1 from webcomm, i will do same changes on main server(www.osgeo.org)

there's a minor issue with IE7, noticed by Jason Birch: ​http://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/webcom/2007-February/001007.html

waiting for svn support to fix this (or maybe not)
