Dear admins and decision makers,

Their outcomes can be used by different OSGeo projects, but place for such specific discussion is missing.

I kindly request for 'graphics' mailing list focused on design problems within OSGeo projects.

One more remark. This proposal has many common points with 'Cartographic meta-project for print quality output' mailing list  http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/carto

Some aspects, like GUI interfaces (toolbar icons) are not present in Carto project however. This list could be treated as extended sub-task for Carto, focusing just on wide range of graphical issues.
