Description
We have started working on a new project called GeoPrisma that we plan on releasing under an open source license in the coming weeks (quite likely at FOSS4G, but that remains to be confirmed), and we would like to host SVN, Trac and Lists for this project at OSGeo. As per SAC policy, we would need one of the admins to volunteer to do the setup for us.
GeoPrisma is an access control layer that sits between client Web Mapping applications based on MapFish/GeoExt/OpenLayers and standard services running on the server (WMS, WFS, FeatureServer, TileCache, etc). The actual implementation is a proxy server that validates all service requests against an Access Control List, and also builds/adapts the user interface to match the privileges of the user currently viewing the application. The project is currently developed in collaboration between Mapgears, Boreal-IS and Nippour Geomatik and has been deployed at several client sites already.
Since the project provides the glue for access control between several OSGeo components, we believe it is a good fit to be hosted at OSGeo, and we also plan on applying for incubation once the project has taken off and gained some momentum.
There is no public site for the project yet (we use geoprisma.org for development internally at the moment), but a demo and more information is available at http://dev4g.mapgears.com/geoprisma/demo/

I have submitted a motion to the SAC list, with Alan as primary admin to setup and maintain the services.
If it passes then the last step will be to let the board review the motion for a few days before going ahead.

SAC passed the motion, and the board has had more than the required time to object and has not done so.
This may proceed as time permits for Alan. I'm available to assist.

SVN and Mailman have been migrated successfully. The trac setup should be done soon. I don't think I have an account on the svnmirror machine. Can FrankW or hobu take care of that?

Thanks Frank/Alan for taking care of the setup. Is everything done? Can we close this ticket?

Assuming fixed, after 6 years of no feedback
A quick clarification since someone asked: if/when the project uses OSGeo infrastructure, then its source will already be under and open source license. I would not expect OSGeo to host a project that is not open sourced already. My early request for Trac/SVN/Lists before the project has been officially open sourced is just so that we have everything ready on the day of the announcement.
