Description
We would like (because we like spam) to have an email sent to postgis-devel on every ticket change. Let me know the From: that will be generated and I will ensure that e-mail is allowed to post into the list.

It looks like smtp_from is trac@… so that will presumably be the from address. I have added postgis-devel@… as the smtp_always_cc item and also set always_notify_owner and always_notify_reporter to true since they were previously false which seems inappropriate.
Please reopen if the new settings do not seem to be working.

I'll take this.
I don't know what the from address will be for sure. I would suggest changing the list setting temporarily to hold unsubscribed email and then you can see the from address.
