collabora.osgeo.org does not work

Currently prints a Welcome to nginx! message and that's all. See also #3180 as a possibly related issue

I shut it down as it's no longer needed.

Though I thought I had removed the nginx config for it. Let me shut it down again and make sure I delete the nginx config.

It was used for nextcloud, but I have since flipped nextcloud to use the built in collabora so it's no longer needed.

Okay I have stopped the container again and removed it from nginx.

Note as part of this also ran certbot delete on the certs.

vmap0.tiles.osgeo.org cert was also removed as I had shutdown old-web a couple of days ago when osgeo7 went down.
