Description
I'd like to translate OSGeo website to Russian. Can somebody please create a Russian locale and give me translator rights for that?

Hi Anton, Great to hear you are interested in helping out. I've enabled Russian as a locale on the website. You need to log into the www.osgeo.org site and tell me your user name - then I can set up the rights for your account.
