Build mapserver from osgeo4w downloads

Description

It should be possible to build MapServer from the libraries downloaded from the installer. Main tasks

  • upload remaining libraries (note that most of what is needed to build mapserver is available)
  • change to makefiles to reflect the osgeo4w setup instead of the buildkit

Initial library to upload to build default MapServer are:

  • agg
  • freetype
  • gd
  • ming
  • regex (this involves *.c and *.h files that need to be build with MapServer. Not sure now where this should leave: either in usr/src and in include)

Owner: changed from osgeo4w-dev@… to assefa

packages are uploaded. mapserver src package (mapserver-5.0.2-2-src.tar.bz2 ) contains the modified makefiles that use the osgeo4w environment for building mapserver.
