latest proj pacakage does not conrain proj_fw.dll

Description
Seems that the latest proj-4.6.0-3.tar.bz2 does not contain proj_fw.dll but a proj.dll Currently set packages such as Mapserver do not work with the new proj package. Note that previous versions of the proj package had the dll in them.

I meant to write: "please update the mapserver package entry in the OSGeo4W_Packages page to reflect who the current maintainer is (you? Jeff?)

ah ok. Did not realize it was on purpose :). I will update the mapserver package so that it can work with the latest proj lib.

That is correct (on purpose). The mapserver package will need to be rebuilt against the new proj_i.lib to use the new dll name. I have already rebuild the ogdi which is the only other package that directly depended on this.
