problem with wiki requiring cookies even if they are already allowed

Description
Trying to create a new wiki page, when I tried to save, it said that a loss of data had occurred and i should log out and log in again. I logged out but when i tried to log in I had the following error message:
Login error
OSGeo Wiki uses cookies to log in users. You have cookies disabled. Please enable them and try again.
But I have cookies enabled. This error was confirmed also by strk. See https://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/sac/2017-July/008314.html
