Description

By approval of the MapServer PSC HowardB and FrankW are asked to migrate the following lists from lists.umn.edu to lists.osgeo.org: mapserver-dev, mapserver-users, mapserver-announce, tcmug.

I have sent email to PerryN who we hope can get us in contact with the UMN admins of lists.osgeo.org to get subscriber lists and archives.
